摘　　要：目的:多成分综合评分结合响应面法筛选酒蒸女贞子饮片的最佳炮制工艺。方法:以黄酮、总皂苷两种成分的综合评分为指标,采用3因素3水平的Box-Behnken响应面试验设计,考察辅料用量、闷润时间、蒸制时间因素对酒蒸女贞子饮片炮制工艺的影响,筛选最佳炮制工艺参数。结果:采用Design Expert 8.05软件对数据进行分析,建立两种成分含量的综合评分与考察因素多元二次回归方程数学模型,预测酒蒸女贞子饮片最佳炮制条件为每50 g药材辅料用量20.08%,闷润时间为2.10 h,蒸制时间为7.76 h。结合生产实际,将工艺修正为每50 g药材辅料用量20%,闷润时间为2 h,蒸制时间为7.5 h。结论:优选的炮制工艺能合理控制女贞子炮制品质量,为制定其饮片的质量标准和临床应用提供依据。Objective:To screen the best processing technology of steamed Ligustrum lucidum pieces by multi-component comprehensive score combined with response surface methodology.Method:With the comprehensive score of two components of flavonoids and total saponins as indexes,the Box-Behnken response surface test was designed with 3 factors and 3 levels,and the effects of the dosage of adjunct,the wetting time and the steaming time on the processing technology of wine steaming Ligustrum lucidum medicine materical crude slices were investigated,and the optimum processing parameters were selected.Results:The Design Expert 8.05 software was used to analyze the data,and the comprehensive score of two components and the multivariate two regression equation mathematical model were set up.Detect that the optimum processing conditions of the wine steaming Ligustrum lucidum medicine materical crude slices were 20.08%dosage of adjunct for each 50 g medicinal material,the wetting time was 2.10 h,and the steaming time was 7.76 h.Combined with the production practice,the technology was revised to 20%dosage of adjunct for each 50 g medicinal material,2 h for wetting time and 7.5 h for steaming time.Conclusion:The optimized processing technology can reasonably control the quality of processed products of Ligustrum lucidum,and provide a basis for establishing the quality standard and clinical application of medicine materical crude slices.
