摘　　要：毛书歌基于动态平衡,制定了三步法治疗寰枢关节错缝的诊疗方案;前期筋肉松解,中期手法复位,后期功能康复。前期筋肉松解缓解颈项部的疼痛,循序渐进打破错缝状态下筋骨的病理性相对平衡,减轻筋肉对错位骨节的牵拉,为下一步手法复位纠正筋骨位置创建新的筋骨平衡做准备;中期采用牵复三步法、提拉推顶法、坐位反提手法等正骨手法重建寰枢关节的筋骨平衡,纠正错缝;后期功能康复持续保证复位后的筋骨平衡效果,锻炼颈部各组肌肉,加强肌肉张力,增强筋肉对骨骼的约束性,提高脊柱稳定性,调整寰枢关节错缝的结构状态,恢复其正常功能。Professor MAO Shu-ge,based on dynamic balance,has formulated a three-step method for the treatment of atlantoaxial joint dislocation,which includes muscle relaxation in the early stage,manual reduction in the middle stage and functional rehabilitation in the later stage.Pre-release of tendons and muscles relieves neck pain,progressively breaks the relative pathological balance of tendons and bones in staggered suture state,reduces the pull of tendons and muscles on staggered joints,and prepares for the next manipulative reduction to correct the position of tendons and bones to create a new balance of tendons and bones;in the mid-term,three-step distraction method,lifting and pushing method,and sitting anti-lifting method Bone-setting manipulation can rebuild the balance of the atlantoaxial joints and correct the wrong sutures;functional rehabilitation in the later period can ensure the effect of the balance of the atlantoaxial joints after reduction,exercise the muscles of the neck,strengthen the muscle tension,enhance the constraints of the muscles on the skeleton,improve the stability of the spine,adjust the structural state of the atlantoaxial joints and restore their normal functions.
