摘　　要：塑料在工业生产与日常生活中有着广泛的应用。聚氯乙烯(PVC)具有材质轻、防水防潮、隔热阻燃、透明度好、价格便宜等优点。随着社会的快速发展,对PVC塑料的需求也日益增多,并且对PVC塑料的生产质量也提出了更高的要求。在塑料生产加工过程中需要应用一些加工助剂以改善塑料制品的性能。其中,丙烯酸酯类改性剂(ACR)是最常见的一种加工助剂,能明显改善PVC塑料的相关性能。为此,本文就ACR加工助剂在PVC塑料加工生产中的应用进行论述,以供参考。Plastics are widely used in industrial production and daily life. PVC has the advantages of light material, waterproof and moisture-proof, heat insulation and flame retardant, good transparency and low price. With the rapid development of society, the demand for PVC plastics is increasing, and the production quality of PVC plastics is also put forward higher requirements. In the process of plastic production and processing, some processing aids need to be applied to improve the performance of plastic products. Among them, ACR is the most common processing aid, which can signi ficantly improve the related properties of PVC plastics. Therefore, this paper discusses the application of ACR processing aids in PVC plastic processing and production for reference.
