摘　　要：目的伴随着我国大众旅游时代的到来,环保问题日渐突出。从服务设计理念的角度出发,对服务设计在景区的垃圾箱分类上的运用进行研究。方法以服务设计理念为基础、我国旅游业的环境问题为研究背景,分别从服务提供者和服务接收者的角度,对景区垃圾箱的使用人群情况及垃圾箱分类所存在的主要问题进行具体分析,并提出相应的改进原则,其中包括视觉统一性、按需投放、植入人体工程学及实现垃圾箱价值最大化的原则。结论以用户为中心,通过对使用人群的情况分析,发现并解析用户在垃圾箱使用过程中的痛点,融入服务设计理念进行改善,减少用户对垃圾箱的排斥感、距离感,进而提升用户整体体验。明确服务设计理念应用的必要性,使整个景区的环境系统形成良性循环的理想状态。With the advent of China’s mass tourism era, environmental protection issues have become increasingly prominent. The work aims to study the application of service design in the classification of garbage bins in scenic spots from the perspective of service design concept. Based on the service design concept and the environmental problems of China’s tourism industry, from the perspective of service providers and service recipients, the use of garbage bins in the scenic spot and the main problems in the classification of garbage bins were subject to concrete analysis and the corresponding improvement principles were proposed, including the principles for visual unity, on-demand delivery, body implantation ergonomics and maximizing the value of the bins. On the user-oriented basis, through the analysis on the situation of the users, the pain points of the users in the process of using the garbage bin are found and analyzed, and the service design concept is integrated for improvement, so as to reduce the rejection feeling and distance perception of the users to the garbage bin, and further improve their overall experience. The necessity of applying the service design concept is clarified, so that the environmental system of the whole scenic spot forms an ideal state of virtuous circle.
