高等教育服务新旧动能转换有效途径探析

摘　　要：新旧动能转换,为全国经济社会发展配置了新引擎。教育的新旧动能转换更发挥着举足轻重的作用。高等教育必须走在时代前列,率先实现新旧动能转换。本文主要从树立新旧动能转换教育理念、加强教师队伍建设、优化学科专业体系、完善人才培养体系、深化人才培养质量改革、优化协同育人机制等有效途径积极探索,为实施新旧动能转换重大工程提供有力的智力保障。The transformation of old and new kinetic energy has provided a new engine for national economic and social development.The transformation of new and old momentum of education plays a more important role.Higher education must be in the forefront of the times and take the lead in realizing the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.This paper mainly explores the effective ways of establishing the new and old kinetic energy transformation education concept,strengthening the construction of teachers,optimizing the discipline and specialty system,perfecting the personnel training system,deepening the reform of personnel training quality,and optimizing the mechanism of collaborative education,so as to provide strong intellectual guarantee for the implementation of the major project of the new and old kinetic energy transformation.
