摘 要:提出GB/T 2910.4—2009中羊毛和涤纶、锦纶、腈纶混纺织物定量化学分析方法的不足,设计试验验证次氯酸钠法(30±2)℃、30 min条件下混纺织物定量化学分析方法的可行性。试验表明,在夏季可用次氯酸钠法(30±2)℃,溶解30 min定量测试羊毛和涤纶、锦纶、腈纶混纺织物纤维含量,用试验室常温而省去制冷水浴振荡器,不但节约了设备和能源,而且快速而准确。The shortcomings of quantitative chemical analysis method for wool and polyester,nylon and acrylic blended fabrics in GB/T 2910.4—2009 were put forward.The feasibility of quantitative chemical analysis method for wool and polyester,polyamide and acrylic blended fabrics under the conditions of sodium hypochlorite method(30±2)℃and 30 min was verified by design test.Experiments show that the content of wool and polyester,nylon and acrylic blended fabrics can be quantitatively measured by sodium hypochlorite method at(30±2)℃in summer and dissolved for 30 minutes.The refrigeration water bath oscillator can be omitted at room temperature,which not only saves equipment and energy,but also is fast and accurate.
