摘 要:以聚氨酯改性环氧树脂为基体树脂,复配改性三官能团环氧树脂作为补强剂,通过添加耐磨填料、云母粉、耐磨骨料、助剂等,制备了适用于舰船重载甲板的抗碾压耐磨涂料。根据重载履带车辆行驶时涂料所受到的冲击力和剪切力,确定抗碾压耐磨涂层的研制技术路线。通过涂料的弹性模量、屈服强度和抗拉强度等重要力学特征参数,利用有限元软件进行虚拟样机仿真分析,考察重载履带在转弯工况下对涂层施加的压力和剪切力。从补强树脂、耐磨填料及耐磨骨料三方面对涂料配方进行分析和确定,然后对涂层的抗压强度、耐磨性、固化时间、耐冲击性、耐盐水浸泡等性能进行了测试。该抗碾压耐磨涂料耐磨性为24 mg.抗压强度为117 MPa、通过圆铁球冲击和180 d海水浸泡。该涂料具有优异的抗碾压耐磨性能,可用于舰船重载甲板的保护。The epoxy resin modified with polyurethane was used as matrix resin for preparation of anti-rolling and wear-resistant coatings applied on heavy loading decks of ships,and the performance of which was optimized by adding tri-functional epoxy resin,wear resistant fillings,mica powder,abrasive aggregates and so on.The technical route of developing anti-rolling and wear-resistant coatings was based on the impact force and shear stress that the coatings suffered when the heavy loaded pedrail vehicles were traveling.The impact force and shear stress of coatings suffered at the working condition of turning of heavyduty caterpillar were investigated through analysis of virtual prototype with finite element simulation,based on the elastic modulus,yield strength and tensile strength of the prepared coatings.The formulation of coatings was analyzed and confirmed concerning three aspects of reinforcing resin,wear resistant fillings and abrasive aggregates?Then the compressive strength,abrasion performance,curing time,impact resistance and saline immersion resistance of the prepared coatings were determined.The results indicated that the wear loss and compressive strength of coatings were 24 mg and 117 MPa respectively. The coatings passedthe falling ball impact and tolerated seawater immersion of 180 d. In conclusion, the preparedcoatings possessed excellent anti-rolling and wear-resistance and could be applied to protectthe heavy loaded decks of ships.
