摘 要:介绍橡胶摩擦机理以及摩擦因数对橡胶密封条摩擦异响的影响,并采用密封条与玻璃板摩擦试验,测试不同试验条件下密封条的摩擦因数,探讨影响摩擦因数测试结果准确性的因素。结果表明,试验速度、牵引绳松紧度和初始力值归零等会明显影响密封条摩擦因数的测试结果及其准确性,测试时应严格控制这些试验条件的变化。The mechanism of rubber friction and the influence of friction coefficient on abnormal friction noise of rubber sealing strips were introduced.The friction coefficient of rubber sealing strips under different test conditions were measured by friction test between sealing strips and glass plates,and the factors affecting the accuracy of the friction coefficient test results were discussed.The results showed that,the test conditions such as the test speed,tightness of the traction rope and zeroing of the initial force,affected the friction coefficient test results and its accuracy significantly,which should be strictly controlled during the test.
