摘 要:目的:评价营养风险筛查2002(NRS 2002)、微型营养评定法(MNA)、营养不良通用筛查工具(MUST)3种营养筛查工具对筛查帕金森病(PD)病人的营养不良的适用性。方法:纳入2017年1月至2018年12月在本院就诊及住院的PD病人158名,分别进行一般资料调查、NRS 2002评分、MNA评分、MUST评分,并检测病人体质量指数(BMI)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、上臂中点围(MAC)的、血清白蛋白(Alb)、血清前蛋白(PA)和总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)等指标。结果:PD病人中有36例(22.8%)病人存在营养不良。NRS 2002筛查出存在营养风险的PD病人为18例(11.4%),MNA筛查出存在营养风险的PD病人为35例(22.2%),MUST筛查出存在营养风险的PD病人为24例(15.2%),3种营养筛查工具对PD病人营养风险评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NRS 2002筛查时间为(3.80±0.56)min,MNA筛查时间为(8.70±1.60)min,MUST筛查时间为(3.70±1.15)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:MNA筛查量表可能是最适合于PD病人的营养风险筛查工具。Objective:To evaluate the applicability of nutrition risk screening 2002(NRS 2002),mini nutritional assessment(MNA),and malnutrition universal screening tool(MUST)for screening malnutrition in the patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 158 PD patients who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.The general data survey,NRS 2002 score,MNA score and MUST score were included respectively,and the body mass index(BMI),triceps skin fold thickness(TSF),mid-arm circumference(MAC),serum albumin(Alb),serum preal bumin(PA)and total lymphatic cell count(TLC)were measured respectively.Results:Thirty-six(22.8%)of the PD patients had malnutrition.And18(11.4%),32(22.1%)and 25(15.2%)PD patients with nutritional risk were screened out by NRS 2002,MNA and MUST respectively.The three nutritional screening tools had statistically significant differences in nutritional risk assessment among PD patients(P<0.05).The screening time by using NRS 2002,MNA and MUST were(3.80±0.56)min,(8.70±1.60)min and(3.70±1.15)min respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:For patients with Parkinson's disease,the MNA screening scale may be the most appropriate nutritional risk screening tool.
