摘  要:原卟啉原氧化酶是创制新型除草剂品种的主要靶标之一,在市场上占有相当大的比例。该类抑制剂具有选择性、高活性、低毒、对后茬作物无污染,对环境污染较小等特点。简要概述了原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂的作用机理、主要除草剂品种及其抗性发生现状和治理措施。Protoporphyrinogen oxidase are one of the main targets for discover new herbicide varieties and Protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitors account for a large proportion in the market. The protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitor has the characteristics of selectivity, high activity, low toxicity, no pollution to the later crop and little pollution to the environment. This paper briefly describes the mechanism of action of protoporphyrinogen oxidese inhibitors and resistant progress, including the characteristics of protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitors and mechanism, main herbicides variety of PPO inhibitors, resistance of weeds to PPO inhibitors and control measures.
