摘  要:[目的]为了发现具有更好生物活性的新结构化合物。[方法]利用中间体衍生化方法合成三唑啉酮磺酰胺类化合物。[结果]合成了11个结构新颖的三唑啉酮磺酰胺类化合物,结构经过1H NMR等分析确证,并进行了生物活性测试。[结论]生物活性表明此类化合物对小麦白粉病和水稻稻瘟病具有一定的防效。[Aims] This study aims to discover novel compounds with high activity. [Me thods] Four of triazolione containing sulfamide compounds were designed and synthesized by means of "Intermediate Derivatization Method".[Res ults] The structures of these four synthesized compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR and biological activities of synthesized triazolione compounds were tested. [Conclusions] Biological activity indicated that these compounds had certain control effects against wheat powdery mildew and rice blast.
