摘 要:[目的]建立一种用高效液相色谱测定20%四氯虫酰胺·甲氧虫酰肼悬浮剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用安捷伦高效液相色谱和Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈和水(体积比50∶50)为流动相,流速为1.5 m L/min,以236 nm为检测波长,对试样中四氯虫酰胺和甲氧虫酰肼进行液相色谱分离测定。[结果]四氯虫酰胺和甲氧虫酰肼的线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9998,标准偏差分别为0.083、0.066,变异系数分别为0.82%、0.65%;平均回收率分别为99.89%、99.87%。[结论]该方法具有准确、快速、分离效果好的特点,适用于制剂中有效成分的定量分析。[Aims] To establish a quantitative analysis method of tetrachlorantraniliprole·methoxyfenozide 20% SC.[Methods] By Agilent HPLC and Diamonsil C18 HPLC column, with methanol and water as mobile phase(acetonitrile:water=50 ∶50, by vol), the flow rate of 1.5 m L/min, detection wavelength of 236 nm, tetrachlorantraniliprole and methoxyfenozide in samples were separated and measured. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9996 and 0.9998, the standard deviations were 0.083 and 0.066, the variation coefficients were 0.82 and 0.65%, and the average recoveries were 99.89 and 99.87% for tetrachlorantraniliprole and methoxyfenozide, respectively.[Conclusions] The method is accurate, rapid and has good separation effect. It is suitable for quantitative analysis of active ingredients in formulations.
