摘　　要：[目的]建立氯氟氰虫酰胺原药(ZJ4042)气相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用内标法,5%苯基甲基硅氧烷(HP-5)柱和FID检测器,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物对氯氟氰虫酰胺进行分离和定量。[结果]该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9992,标准偏差0.13,变异系数为0.14%,3种添加水平的回收率范围为94.82%~97.94%。[结论]该方法简单可靠、精密度、准确度良好,适用于氯氟氰虫酰胺原药的测定。[Aims] To establish a method for the analysis of ZJ4042 by GC. [Methods] The method was developed by internal standard method with dipentyl phthalate, 5% phenyl methyl siloxane(HP-5) column and FID detector.[Results] The linear correlation coefficient of the analytical method was 0.9992, the standard deviation was 0.13, and the coefficient of variation was 0.14%. The recoveries of the three added levels ranged from 94.82 to 97.94%.[Conclusions] The method is simple and reliable, with good precision and accuracy. It can be used for the determination of ZJ4042.
