摘 要:[目的]基于经典QuEChERS提取技术,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测,建立了一种同时快速测定茶叶和茶园土壤中扑草净和莠去津残留的方法。[方法]以经典QuEChERS技术为基础,分别采用不同提取剂和不同净化剂提取和净化样品,优化前处理方法,通过UPLC-MS/MS检测,建立了茶叶和茶园土壤中扑草净与莠去津残留的同时快速检测方法。[结果]茶叶样品采用乙腈提取、150 mg无水硫酸镁(AMS)+50 mg乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)+50 mg石墨化炭黑(GCB)净化;茶园土壤采用1%甲酸-乙腈溶液(体积比)提取、150 mg AMS+50 mg C18固相分散剂(C18)净化。在0.01-5.0 mg/L的质量浓度范围内,茶叶和茶园土壤基质中2种除草剂的质量浓度与峰面积之间具有良好的相关性,相关系数均大于0.99;在茶叶和茶园土壤中添加0.1-5.0 mg/kg的扑草净与莠去津,回收率为85.58%-106.80%,相对标准偏差为0.56%5.59%。[结论]该方法适用于同时快速检测茶叶和茶园土壤中的扑草净和莠去津残留。[Aims] Based on the classical QuEChERS extraction technique, a method for simultaneous determination of residues of prometryn and atrazine in tea and tea garden soil was established by ultra performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). [Methods] Based on the classical QuEChERS technique, different extractants and different purifying agents were used to extract and purify the samples, and the pretreatment method was optimized.UPLC-MS/MS was used to detect residues of prometryn and atrazine in tea and tea garden soil. [Results] Tea samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with 150 mg anhydrous magnesium sulfate(AMS), 50 mg ethylenediamineN-propylsilane(PSA) and 50 mg graphitized carbon black(GCB). Tea garden soil was extracted with 1% formic acidacetonitrile solution(by vol) and purified with 150 mg AMS and 50 mg C18 solid phase dispersant(C18). In the mass concentration range of 0.01-5.0 mg/L, there was a good correlation between concentrations and peak areas of two herbicides in the matrix of tea and tea garden soil with correlation coefficients of > 0.99. In the tea and tea garden soil spiked with 0.1-5.0 mg/kg of prometryn and atrazine, the respective recovery rate was 85.58-106.80%, and relative standard deviation was 0.56-5.59%. [Conclusions] The method was suitable for rapid detection of residues of prometryn and atrazine in tea and tea garden soil at the same time.
