摘 要:[目的]明确25%硝磺草酮·莠去津OD对蔗田杂草的防除效果及其安全性。[方法]通过田间试验,调查了杂草株(鲜重)防效、甘蔗叶片的叶绿素SPAD值和药害指数。[结果] 25%硝磺草酮·莠去津OD对单、双子叶杂草防效超过90%,与对照农药防效相当;25%硝磺草酮·莠去津OD对不同甘蔗品种药害水平存在差异,其中粤糖93~159药害最重,ROC22和桂糖42号最轻。[结论]25%硝磺草酮·莠去津OD可作为蔗田杂草防治的轮换药剂,剂量以2400 mL/hm^2为宜,但在大面积应用前应进行试验。[Aims] The paper aims to verify the control effect of mesotrione·atrazine 25% OD against weeds in sugarcane fields and its safety evaluation to different sugarcane varieties. [Methods] The control effect of weeds(fresh weight), chlorophyll SPAD value in sugarcane leaves and phytotoxicity index were investigated through field experiments. [Results] The control effect of mesotrione·atrazine 25% OD on monocotyledon and dicotyledon weeds exceeded 90%, which was similar to that of the control. Safety evaluation showed mesotrione·atrazine 25% OD had different levels of phytotoxicity to different sugarcane varieties. Among them, Yuetang 93-159 was the most harmful,ROC22 and Guitang 42 were the least harmful. [Conclusions] Mesotrione·atrazine 25% OD could be used as a rotation herbicide for weed control in sugarcane field, and the appropriate dosage was 2400 mL/ha. For different sugarcane varieties, experiments should be carried out before the application of mesotrione·atrazine 25% OD in large scale.
