摘  要:[目的]明确菌株JA38对人参锈腐病的室内毒力及田间防治效果。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定菌株JA38对人参锈腐病菌的室内抑制效果,灌根法进行了人参锈腐病的田间药效试验。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明:当菌株JA38发酵液浓度为10^9cfu/mL,其抑菌率达100%,EC50值为1.4×10^6cfu/mL;且对人参锈腐病菌的产孢量、孢子萌发、菌丝生长均有抑制作用;显微观察发现菌株JA38能够导致人参锈腐病菌菌丝断裂、分支增多和生长畸形。田间试验结果表明:含有0.25×10^7-1.0×10^7cfu/mL的JA38菌株发酵液防治效果达40.96%-60.77%。[结论]生防菌株JA38具有较好防治人参锈腐病的应用前景。[Aims] This study aims to determine the indoor toxicity and field control effect of Antagonistic strain JA38 on Ginseng rust rot. [Methods] Indoor virulence of Antagonistic strain JA38 on Ginseng rust rot was investigated by mycelial growth rate method. Field control effect on Ginseng rust rot was determined by rooting method. [Results] The toxicity measurement indicated that when the concentration of the fermentation broth of the strain JA38 was 10^9 cfu/mL,the inhibition rate was 100%, EC50 is 1.4×10^6 cfu/mL. The sporulation, spore germination and mycelial growth of ginseng rust rot were inhibited. Microscopic observation found that strain JA38 can cause hyphae rupture, branching increase and growth malformation of ginseng rust rot. The results of field experiment showed that the control effect of fermentation broth containing JA38 strain containing 0.25 ×10^7-1.0 ×10^7 cfu/mL was 40.96-60.77%. [Conclusions] The biocontrol strain JA38 has a good application prospect for the prevention and control of ginseng rust rot.
