摘 要:[目的]为筛选出高效防治荔枝炭疽病的药剂及混配组合。[方法]菌丝生长速率法测定12种药剂对荔枝炭疽病菌的室内毒力活性;选择4种抑菌效果较好的药剂进行田间药效试验。[结果]20%苯甲·咪鲜胺EW、50%多菌灵WP对该菌的抑制效果最强,EC50值分别为0.0465、0.2604 mg/L,田间防效分别为80.23、77.24%;2者1∶1混用防效达84.48%;20%苯甲·咪鲜胺EW+50%多·锰锌WP防效为82.76%。[结论] 20%苯甲·咪鲜胺EW、50%多菌灵WP单施及其混用对荔枝炭疽病防治效果较好,可轮换使用进行田间防治。[Aims] This study aims to screen out effective control agents and mixtures for litchi anthracnose. [Methods] The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the indoor toxicity of 12 fungicides against Colletotrichum gloeosporiodes, four fungicides with high bacteriostatic effect were selected for field efficacy test. [Results] The difenoconazole·prochloraz 20% EW and carbendazim 50% WP showed the strongest inhibitory effect to C. gloeosporiodes, with EC50 values of 0.0465, 0.2604 mg/L, and field control effects of 80.23, 77.24%, respectively.The combination of difenoconazole·prochloraz 20% EW and carbendazim·mancozeb 50% WP indicated 84.48% control efficacy to C. gloeosporiodes, anddifenoconazole·prochloraz 20% EW+ carbendazim 50% WP displayed 82.76% control.[Conclusions] The control effects of difenoconazole·prochloraz 20% EW, carbendazim 50% WP and their mixture on the control of litchi anthracnose were better, which could be used alternately to control litchi anthracnose in the field.
