摘 要:[目的]明确嘧霉胺防治韭菜灰霉病的科学剂量。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法、叶面喷雾法分别测定嘧霉胺对韭菜灰霉病的室内毒力以及田间防效,同时采用盆栽喷雾法测定了嘧霉胺对韭菜的安全性。[结果]嘧霉胺对韭菜灰霉病菌的EC50值为30.23 mg/L。40%嘧霉胺悬浮剂,按制剂用量1125、2250、4500 g/hm^2喷雾处理后,对韭菜植株生长安全。田间试验表明:40%嘧霉胺悬浮剂有效成分用量450 g a.i./hm^2对韭菜灰霉病的防治效果最高,平均防效在72.65%以上。[结论]嘧霉胺对韭菜灰霉病菌防治效果较好,十分适合用于防治韭菜灰霉病。[Aims] This study aims to find the scientific dose for control of Chinese chive gray mold by pyrimethanil.[Methods] The antibacterial rate was measured using indoor isolated plate growth rate method, and the safety for leek was evaluated using spray methods by greenhouse pot experiment. The efficacies of pyrimethanil at different dosages on Botrytis squamosa were tested by using methods foliar spraying and regular survey. [Results] Pyrimethanil had toxicity against Chinese chive gray mold with the EC50 value of 30.23 mg/L. Pyrimethanil 40% SC was safe for the growth of leek plants at preparation dosage of 1125, 2250 and 4500 g/ha. The results of field trials showed that pyrimethanil 40% SC had the best control effect, with a control efficacy of more than 72.65%. [Conclusions] The results indicated that pyrimethanil has a good control effect on Chinese chive gray mold, which is quite suitable for the prevention and control of grey mold of leek.
