摘 要:领导干部的认知风格和领导风格具有层级差异。领导干部在信息输入环节,细节感知型多于整体感知型,厅局级干部比县处级干部更具有大局观。在信息输出的决策环节,厅局级领导干部中任务导向型占比更多,而县处级领导干部中任务导向型和人际导向型占比相当。在贯彻落实型、开拓创新型、包容和谐型、培养激励型四种领导风格中,厅局级和县处级领导干部的分布具有显著性差异。4D测评在依事择人、用人所长、自我完善和班子搭配方面的应用,有利于打造以德为先、人事相宜的干部选拔任用体系。Hierarchical differences are found on the cognitive style and leadership style of leading cadres.Leading cadres focus on detail perception more than overall perception during information input stage.Bureau level cadres rely on the overall perception more than county level cadres.During information output stage,the proportion of task-oriented decision making among the leading cadres at the bureau level is more than personal-oriented decision making,while there is no significant difference between the proportion of task-oriented and personal-oriented among the county level cadres.Significant differences are found on the distribution of 4D leadership styles between bureau level cadres and county level cadres.4D assessment can be applied on team,and can make contributions to cadre selection system building.
