新疆乌鲁木齐地区女性HPV感染状况和基因型别分析

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆乌鲁木齐地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况和分布特点,为今后HPV的诊治和进一步预防宫颈癌提供参考依据。方法对收集的9090例标本进行HPV基因分型检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果HPV的阳性率为10.04%,其中HPV高危型检出比例最高的3个亚型依次是HPV16(20.37%)、HPV52(14.17%)、HPV58(10.13%),HPV低危型检出比例较高的是HPV6(3.31%)、HPV11(3.21%)。HPV感染者中,以单一感染为主,占感染人数的94.30%。年龄≤25岁者HPV感染阳性率最高(14.95%),其次是(26~35)岁(11.78%),各年龄组总阳性率之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=33.38,P<0.05)。在HPV阳性感染者中,年龄在(26~35)岁者所占比例最高(35.60%),年龄>65岁者最低(1.86%)。结论新疆乌鲁木齐地区女性HPV感染的基因型主要是HPV16、HPV52、HPV58,HPV感染多发生于年龄≤35岁的女性。Objective To investigate the infection status and distribution characteristics of human papillomavirus(HPV)in women in Urumqi area of Xinjiang,and to provide reference for the diagnosis and prevention of cervical cancer.Methods HPV genotyping was performed on 9090 specimens and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The positive rate of HPV was 10.04%,among which the most prevalent high-risk genotypes were HPV16(20.37%),HPV52(14.17%),and HPV58(10.13%),the low-risk were HPV6(3.31%),HPV11(3.21%),respectively.The majority of HPV infection type was single infection,accounting for 94.30%.The highest positive rate of HPV infection was found in people who younger than 25 years old(14.95%),followed by those aged 26~35 years(11.78%),the difference among age groups was statistically significant(χ^2=33.38,P<0.05).Among HPV positive people,the proportion of those aged 26~35 years were the highest(35.60%),and those aged>65 years were the lowest(1.86%).Conclusion The most common genotypes among the women patients in Urumqi area of Xinjiang are HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,and HPV infection mostly occurs in women who younger than 35 years old.
