护理人员艾滋病职业暴露防护认知现状及影响因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析护理人员艾滋病职业暴露防护知晓情况及影响因素,为有针对性开展护理人员职业暴露防护技能培训,完善制度建设与管理提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,抽取3所乌鲁木齐市综合或专科医院的护理人员作为调查对象,调查内容包括调查者基本信息、艾滋病相关知识,以及艾滋病病毒感染的防护相关知识等。结果乌鲁木齐市355名护理人员对艾滋病相关知识总知晓率为31.5%,艾滋病职业暴露知识总知晓率为1.4%,处于较低知晓水平;少数民族护理人员知识知晓得分略低于汉族人员,未定职护理人员知识得分较低,对标准规范培训不了解者的知识得分低于了解者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市护理人员整体上对职业暴露防护知识知晓率不容乐观,医疗机构应重视艾滋病职业高危暴露防护培训,根据不同类型的护理人员有针对性、多阶段地开展防护技能与知识培训,提高职业暴露防护认知及行为防护能力,保证护理人员安全。Objective To investigate and analyze the awareness of occupational exposure protection of nursing staff and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference basis for targeted training of occupational exposure protection skills of nursing staff and improvement of system construction and management.Methods With the method of questionnaire survey,nurses from 3 Urumqi comprehensive or specialized hospitals were selected as the objects of the survey.The questionnaire included basic information of investigators,knowledge related to AIDS,and knowledge related to the protection of HIV infection.Results The total awareness rate of 355 nurses in Urumqi was 31.5%,and the total awareness rate of occupational exposure to AIDS was 1.4%,which was relatively low.The awareness score ofminority nursing staff was slightly lower than that of Han nursing staff,and the awareness score of undetermined nursing staff was lower than that of those who did not know the standard training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Overall nursing knowledge about occupational exposure protection in Urumqi is not optimistic,medical institutions should pay attention to HIV/AIDS occupational risk exposure protection training,according to the different types of nursing personnel,targeted and multi-stage to carry out protection skills and knowledge training,improve the cognitive and behavioral protection ability of occupational exposure protection,to ensure the safety of nursing personnel.
