摘  要:为安全、高效、规模化回采西石门铁矿北区深部主矿体复杂空区残留矿体,结合残留矿体赋存条件,利用疏干工程将静水位下降至空区以下,优化掘支工艺,将联巷、进路断面规格(宽×高)分别缩小至3.5 m×3.2 m和3.2 m×3.1 m,使用超前锚杆联合U型钢支架通过巷道围岩蚀变带,采用分段诱导冒落回采方案回收矿石,并制定空区冒落安全防治措施。实践结果表明,采准工程顺利施工,支护二次维护率大幅降低,共计回收矿石20万t,且未发生一起安全事故,证明了方案的可行性和实用性,同时也对其它类似矿山开采具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to safety,effectively recovery the residual orebody of the complex goaf of the deep main orebody of the north area of Xishimen Iron Mine with a certain scale,combing with the occurrence conditions of residual orebody,the static water level is lowered below the goaf by using drainage engineering.By optimizing the excavation and supporting techniques,the section size of connection roadways and inlet roadways are reduced to 3.5 m×3.2 m and 3.2 m×3.1 m.Lead bolt and U-shaped steel support are used to pass through the surrounding rock alteration zone of roadway.The ores are recovered by adopting staged induced caving and stopping scheme,besides that,the safety prevention and governance measures of goaf are proposed.The practice results show that,the mining engineering is conducted smoothly,the secondary maintenance rate of support is greatly reduced,a total of 200000 tons of ore are recovered,and there is on safety accident,which proved the feasibility and practicability of the scheme.
