摘  要:为了解某铁矿超细碎尾矿的工艺矿物学特征,为开发利用提供依据,通过偏光显微镜、化学分析、荧光光谱、布鲁克能谱和MLA650等多种测试分析手段进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:①矿样中主要脉石矿物钠长石含量为52.84%,有用铁矿物磁铁矿和赤铁矿含量分别为3.00%和2.98%,主要含硫矿物黄铁矿含量为3.25%。②Fe主要赋存在磁铁矿、赤铁矿和黄铁矿中,分布率分别为24.65%、23.73%和17.17%;有害元素S主要分布在黄铁矿中,分布率为96.15%,因此,对矿样降硫即是除去矿样中的黄铁矿。③理论上浮选能有效降硫,重选的降硫效果需要选矿实验进一步验证。In order to understand the process mineralogy characteristics of ultrafine tailings in an iron mine,provide basis for development and utilization,the process mineralogy was studied systematically by means of polarizing microscope,chemical analysis,fluorescence spectrum,bruker spectrometer and MLA650.The results show that:①the content of the main gangue mineral albite is 52.84%,the content of the useful iron ore magnetite and hematite is 3.00%and 2.98%respectively,and the content of the main sulfur mineral pyrite is 3.25%.②Iron mainly occurs in magnetite,hematite and pyrite,with the distribution rates of 24.65%,23.73%and 17.17%respectively.Harmful element S is mainly distributed in pyrite with distribution rate of 96.15%.Therefore,reducing sulfur in ore sample is to remove pyrite in ore sample.③In theory,flotation can effectively reduce sulfur,sulfur reduction effect by gravity separation needs to be further verified by beneficiation experiment.
