摘　　要：从槽体结构、磁系磁路设计、卸矿装置等方面入手分析了新型逆流型永磁筒式磁选机的分选原理特点及适用范围,以及该类型设备应用于非金属物料去除机械铁过程中需具备的结构性能,从而解决该类型设备在应用过程中槽体易堵、卸矿困难、分选效果差的缺点。From the aspects of tank structure,magnetic circuit design and unloading device,the separation principle principle and application range of the new countercurrent type permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator are analyzed,and the equipment is applied to the removal of mechanical iron from non-metallic materials.The structural performance required in the process,so as to solve the shortcomings of the type of equipment in the application process,the tank body is easy to block,difficult to discharge,and poor sorting effect.
