摘 要:以五轮山井田浅埋斜井为工程背景,分析了浅埋强风化洞室围岩变形机理,并将U型钢混凝土组合结构应用于浅埋强风化地下洞室支护设计中,提出了U型钢混凝土组合结构受弯承载力计算方法;同时考虑围岩荷载、卡缆预紧力和支架缩动等3个因素对U型钢可缩性支架内力的影响,对支架内力进行了计算。计算结果表明:U型钢混凝土组合结构可大大减小拱圈的厚度,有效增加地下洞室的净空间。Having the shallow inclined well of Wulun mountain as a engineering background,the deformation mechanism of strong-weathered surrounding rock of shallow cavity was analyzed.The composite structure of U-shaped steel and concrete was applied to the support design of shallow underground cavity of surrounding rock belonging to strong effloresce band.The calculation method of composite structure flexural strength of U-shaped steel and concrete was proposed.The effect of surrounding rock load,pre-tightening force of cable and support yielding on the internal force of U-supports considering yielding was considered simultaneously.Then,the internal force of U-supports considering yielding was calculated.The calculating results indicate that the composite structure of U-shaped steel and concrete can reduce the thickness of arch ring greatly,and increase the clearance of underground cavity effectively.
