摘 要:为了更加有效防止采空区遗煤自燃,保障采煤工作面安全回采,在某煤矿1072综采工作面采用了注凝胶技术防止采空区火灾。现场使用注凝胶技术后,连续实测得采空区一氧化碳浓度由注胶前的10×10-6下降到注胶后的4×10-6(CO主要来源于遗煤氧化),下降趋势明显;采空区中离工作面越远的区域CO浓度越低。凝胶覆盖遗煤使其不再与氧气接触氧化,有效地阻止了采空区遗煤的自燃。这充分表明:采用的凝胶防灭火技术在1072工作面的实践是切实可行的,为采煤工作面的安全回采提供了安全保障。In order to prevent the coal from self-combustion in mined-out area and ensure the safe recovery of the coal face,injection gels were used to prevent the fire in the fully mechanized mining face.After the use of injection gel technology on the site,the average concentration of carbon monoxide in the mined-out area area was measured continuously.The average concentration of the CO gas dropped from 10×10-6 before the injection to 4×10-6 after the injection(CO mainly derived from coal oxidation),and the CO gas concentration showed a significant decline trend.In the determination process,the farther away from the working surface the area of the mined-out area,the lower the CO concentration.Gel covers coal so that it is no longer in contact with oxygen and being oxidation,effectively preventing coal spontaneous combustion in the mined-out area area.This fully shows that the gel-proof fire fighting technology adopted in the 1072 working face is feasible and provides a safe guarantee for the safe recovery of coal working face.
