摘  要:以1年生美人蕉为试验材料,在美人蕉生长中期采用黑色遮阳网对其进行不同程度的遮阴处理,测定不同遮阴水平下美人蕉叶绿素含量和光合作用指标。结果表明,与对照相比,各遮阴处理均提高了美人蕉叶片叶绿素含量,增长强弱表现为处理C>处理A>处理B>CK,且与叶绿素a含量相比,叶绿素b含量增长更快,所得Chla/Chlb值较小,且均低于对照;遮阴处理使美人蕉日净光合速率由全光照处理下的“双峰曲线形”变为“单峰形”,且30%遮阴处理的美人蕉日净光合速率高于对照,而50%和70%遮阴处理的美人蕉净光合速率明显低于对照;遮阴处理下,美人蕉叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用率的变化规律基本一致;而胞间CO2浓度的变化则与净光合速率变化规律相反,表现为处理A>处理B>处理C>CK。This experiment took one-year-old Canna indica as materials.During the middle growth period of Canna indica,the black shading net was used to shade it in different degrees,and the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic indicators were tested.The results showed that compared with the CK,the chlorophyll contents of Canna indica that shaded by black nets were promoted,the growth intensity was treatment C>treatment A>treatment B>CK,and chlorophyll b content were growing faster than chlorophyll a content,so the Chla/Chlb was small and all were smaller than CK.Shading treatment changed the net photosynthetic rate of Canna indica from"double peak curve"to"single peak"under all light treatment.The photosynthetic rate of 30%shading treatment were higher than CK,but the photosynthetic rate of 50%and 70%shading treatments were much lower than CK.The rate of transpiration,stomatal conductance and efficiency of water application of Canna indica under the shading net had the same regular.But the intercellular CO2 concentration was opposition to the photosynthetic rate,and it was treatment A>treatment B>treatment C>CK.
