摘 要:采用浸虫法和浸叶法测定了5种生物杀虫剂(藜芦碱、苦参碱、乙基多杀菌素、鱼藤酮、印楝素)对黄芪豆蚜的室内毒力。不同药剂浸虫法测定结果表明,0.3%苦参碱水剂对黄芪豆蚜表现出较高的毒力,LC50值为0.667 mg/L,其次是0.3%印楝素乳油,LC50值为1.224 mg/L;5种药剂浸叶法测定结果显示,0.3%印楝素乳油和0.3%苦参碱水剂对黄芪豆蚜的毒力较高,LC50值分别为10.948,11.149 mg/L;乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂对黄芪豆蚜的室内毒力较低。0.3%苦参碱水剂和0.3%印楝素乳油是防治中药材黄芪豆蚜较好的生物制剂,进一步进行田间试验后可在生产上推广应用。The toxicity of five biological insecticides(Veratrine,Matrine,Spinetoram,Rotenone and Azadirachtin)against Aphis craccivora Koch of Astragalus membranaceus were tested by insect-soaking method and leaf dipping method.The results of insect-soaking method showed that the toxicity of 0.3% Matrine AS was higher(LC50 was 0.667 mg/L),followed by 0.3% Azadirachtin EC(LC50 was 1.224 mg/L).0.3%Azadirachtin EC and 0.3% Matrine AS showed higher toxic activity to Aphis craccivora Koch of Astragalus membranaceus by leaf dipping method,LC50 was 10.948,11.149 mg/L,respectively.Meanwhile,the toxic activity of Spinetoram SC to Aphis craccivora Koch of astragalus membranaceus was lower.0.3%Azadirachtin EC and 0.3% Matrine AS are excellent pesticides to Aphis craccivora Koch of Astragalus membranaceus,and can be popularized and applied in production after field experiment.
