浮针联合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察浮针联合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:选择早期和中期膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者80例为研究对象,按照就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗时间为8周。对照组采取口服金骨莲胶囊配合塞来昔布胶囊治疗;治疗组采用浮针联合温针灸进行治疗,治疗3周后分别比较两组总有效率、治疗前后膝关节西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)和Lysholm指数变化。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(87.5%)(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组WOMAC评分、Lysholm指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浮针联合温针灸治疗可明显减轻KOA患者膝关节疼痛、肿胀及僵硬症状,改善膝关节功能、活动度,提高病患生活质量。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of floating acupuncture combined with needle warming moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:80 KOA patients of early stage were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group according to the order of seeing doctor,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Jingulian Capsule combined with Celecoxib Capsule.The treatment group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with needle warming moxibustion.The two groups were treated for eight weeks.The total effective rate,as well as the scores of WOMAC and Lysholm index were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 87.5%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of WOMAC and Lysholm index were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating acupuncture combined with needle warming moxibustion can significantly alleviate knee pain and reduce the symptoms of swelling and stiffness in the KOA patients,improve knee function and mobility and the life quality of the patients.
