摘  要:现代针灸的运用为抑郁症的临床治疗提供了新的思路,且众多相关的实验研究发现,电针通过抑制抑郁模型鼠亢进的HPA轴功能,调节相关神经递质浓度,改变海马区神经结构和功能以及激活胞外特定信号通路,可明显改善其抑郁状态。本研究通过阐述电针对抑郁模型鼠上述相关物质的影响,探讨电针可能的作用机制及抑郁症的发病机制。The usage of modern acupuncture provides a new way for the clinical treatment of depression,and lots of related experimental researches have found that electro-acupuncture can obviously improve the depressive state through inhibiting depression model rats’hyperfunction of HPA axis,regulating neurotransmitter concentrations,changing the structure and function of hippocampus nerve and activating the extracellular specific signaling pathways.This study attempted to explore the possible action mechanism and the pathogenesis of depression by expatiating the effects of electro-acupuncture on the above indicators in depression model rats.
