生理性海水联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂及依巴斯汀对中重度变应性鼻炎患儿的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的观察生理性海水联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂和依巴斯汀对中重度变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)患儿的治疗效果。方法将中重度AR患儿80例随机分为试验组及对照组,每组40例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂外用及依巴斯汀口服,试验组在对照组基础上给予生理性海水喷鼻。2组疗程均为8周。分别于治疗前、治疗后4周和治疗后8周评估2组鼻相关症状视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、体征评分、治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果2组鼻塞VAS评分、鼻痒VAS评分、喷嚏VAS评分、流涕VAS评分、总VAS评分和体征评分均呈逐渐降低趋势,且试验组各评分降低幅度大于对照组,其组间、时点间、组间·时点间交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床疗效优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生理性海水、糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂及依巴斯汀联合治疗中重度AR患儿可以起到协同作用,患儿临床症状可以得到迅速缓解,且不良反应少,值得进一步临床应用及推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of physiological sea water nasal spray combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and ebastine tablets on treating children with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis.Methods Children with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and ebastine tablets,experimental group received physiological sea water nasal spray on the basis of control group.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in both groups.Before treatment,after 4 and 8 weeks of medication,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of nasal symptoms,signs score,total effective rate and side effects were observed and evaluated respectively.Results After therapy,the VAS score of nasal obstruction,itching,sneezing,watery-nose,total nasal symptoms and signs score were both decreased gradually in two groups,especially in experiment group.The difference was significant between two groups,in different time and group·time interaction(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of experiment group was better than that in control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Physiological sea water nasal spray combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray and ebastine tablets can work together on relieving clinical symptoms quickly.There are few adverse reactions.It is worthy of further clinical application.
