摘　　要：本文重点针对铅锌冶炼厂硫酸车间内部相关设备的大修状况展开了分析和研究,重点针对循环槽、预热器以及换热器等设备进行了分析和研究,对设备大修完成之后的整体工作状态进行了监测,有效保证整个硫酸车间的工作质量和工作效果。This paper focuses on the analysis and research of the overhaul status of the related equipment in the sulphuric acid workshop of the lead-zinc smelter.It focuses on the analysis and research of the circulating tank,preheater and heat exchanger,and monitors the overall working status of the equipment after the overhaul,effectively guaranteeing the working quality and effect of the whole sulphuric acid workshop.
