摘　　要：乍那铁铜矿成矿岩体与晚侏罗世二长花岗岩和二长花岗斑岩有关,围岩为晚三叠世日干配错群灰岩夹碎屑岩。沿接触带大理岩化、矽卡岩化普遍,矿床成因类型主要为矽卡岩型。The Zhana iron-copper deposit occurred in the Wufengjian-Larelaxin volcano-magma arc is a Fe and Fe-Cu mineralization metallogenic series formed from the Ban-Nu Ocean north subduction and associated with magmatic hydrothermal solution.The metallogenic magmatic bodies are associated with monzonitic granite and monzonitic granite porphyry of Late Jurassic Epoch and their country rocks are limestone with minor clastic rock of Riganpeicuo Group of Late Triassic Epoch.There are widespread marbleization and sharnization along the contact zones and its genetic type is attributed to be skarn-type.
