摘　　要：本文通过对高炉泥炮液压系统的工作原理进行分析并简述,将从三个方面分别对高炉泥炮液压系统出现的故障问题进行分析,对系统设计、元件失效及泄露中出现的问题进行完善并提出改进对策,对系统中存在的故障进行解决,为现代高炉泥炮液压系统的设计、使用及维修维护提供参考依据。Through the analysis and brief description of the working principle of the hydraulic system of the blast furnace mud gun,this paper will analyze the failure problems of the hydraulic system of the blast furnace mud gun from three aspects,perfect the problems in the system design,component failure and leakage,and put forward the improvement countermeasures,solve the problems in the system,and set up the hydraulic system of the modern blast furnace mud gun.Provide reference for design,use and maintenance.
