摘 要:研制了新型一体化复合生物滤池设备,采用该设备在广东某高速服务区进行中试运行研究。针对服务区污水高有机物、氨氮含量的特点,调整设备曝气强度、A/O体积比以及絮凝剂投加量3个工况优化设备处理效能。结果表明,控制设备水力负荷为1.25 m^3/(m^2·h)、回流体积比100%,调整气水体积比为4:1、A/O体积比为1:2及PAC投加量为20 mg/L时,设备处理服务区污水运行效果为优,对BOD5、NH3-N和浊度的去除率分别达到90%、93%和86%,出水达到GB 1892-2002城市杂用水水质。A new type of integrated complex biological filter equipment was used to conduct pilot operation research in a high-speed service area of Guangdong province. In view of the characteristics of high organic matter and high ammonia nitrogen in wastewater in the service area, adjusting the equipment air/water ratio, A/O volume ratio and the flocculation of three conditions to optimize the efficiency of the equipment. Results showed that when the hydraulic load of the control equipment was 1.25 m^3/(m^2·h) and the reflux volume ratio was 100%, the operation effect of the sewage treatment service area was the best when the air/water volume ratio was 4:1, the volume ratio of A/O was 1:2, and the PAC dosage was 20 mg/L, the removal rates of BOD5, NH3-N and turbidity reached about 90%, 93% and 86% respectively. The effluent could meet the urban miscellaneous water quality of GB1892-2002.
