摘  要:3自由度混合磁轴承以其结构尺寸小,能耗低的特点在医疗,航空等特殊领域有着重要应用。为了实现对3自由度混合轴承的结构尺寸设计,提出1种基于等效磁路法的悬浮力计算方法,导出了其轴向、径向磁力数学模型,并给出了轴向、径向悬浮力的解析解;对给定模型的磁路用Ansys Maxwell软件进行了有限元分析,并与理论模型计算的结果进行对比,两者结果基本吻合,其结果为3自由度混合轴承的设计提供了一定的理论指导依据。The three-degree-of-freedom hybrid magnetic bearing has important applications in special fields such as medical treatment and aviation due to its small size and low energy consumption. In order to realize the structural dimension design of the three-degree-of-freedom hybrid bearing, a calculation method of the suspension force based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method is proposed, and the axial and radial magnetic force mathematical models are derived, and the axial and radial levitation forces are given. Analytical solution;the finite element analysis of the magnetic circuit of a given model is performed with Ansys Maxwell software, and compared with the results calculated by the theoretical model,The results provide a theoretical guidance for the design of three-degree-of-freedom hybrid bearings.
