摘 要:目的了解内江市2016-2017年流行性感冒(简称流感)流行状况,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法从中国流感监测信息系统收集内江市2016-2017年流感样病例(ILI)监测资料,对其流行病学特征、病原学特点,以及流感暴发疫情监测结果进行描述性分析。结果内江市2016-2017年哨点医院共报告流感样病例3451例,占门诊就诊病例总数的比例(ILI%)为6.40%;2016年和2017年ILI%均呈双峰型,2016年高峰在3月和9月,2017年高峰在6月和9月;2016年和2017年ILI主要集中在5岁以下年龄组,分别占流感样病例总数的55.15%和43.09%;ILI%在人群中的分布无性别差异;2016-2017年共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本3451份,检出流感病毒核酸阳性666份,阳性率19.30%;2016年流感病毒核酸阳性率16.55%,2017年流感病毒核酸阳性率21.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2016年优势毒株为季H3型,2017年优势毒株由季H3型向B(Y)型转变,2016年和2017年毒株分型构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2016-2017年未发生流感暴发疫情。结论内江市2016-2017年流感毒株B(V)型、季H3型和B(Y)型交替流行;防控的重点人群主要是5岁以下儿童和老年人;根据监测结果可在每年的9月对易感人群接种流感疫苗进行预防。Objective To understand the epidemiological of influenza in Neijiang from 2016 to 2017,and provide a scientific evidence for influenza prevention and control.Methods The data of influenza-like illness(ILI)from 2016 to 2017 in Neijiang was collected from the influenza surveillance information system,and descriptive analysis was conducted to analysis the epidemiology,etiology,and monitoring results of influenza outbreaks.Results In Naijiang City,sentinel hospitals reported a total of 3451 cases of influenza-like illness(ILI)and accounting for 6.40%of the total number of outpatient cases(ILI%)from 2016 to 2017.From 2016 to 2017,ILI%showed double peak.The peak time of ILI visits is March and September in 2016,and the peak time is June and September in 2017.Influenza-like cases are mainly concentrated in the age group under five-year-old age,accounting for 55.15%and 43.09%of the total number of influenza-like illness;ILI%have no distribution differences between different gender.From 2016 to 2017,a total of 3451 swab specimens were collected from influenza-like illness,and666 positive influenza virus nucleic acids were detected,with a positive rate of 19.30%.The positive rate of nucleic acid detection was 16.55%in 2016 and 21.82%in 2017.The positive rate of nucleic acid showed difference(P<0.05).The predominant viruses were influenza A(H3)in 2016 and visible A(H3)flu virus,alternating epidemic influenza B(Y)in 2017.The difference in the composition ratio of the strains from 2016 to 2017 was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no outbreak of influenza in from 2016 to 2017.Conclusion From 2016 to 2017 without a outbreak in Neijiang.Visible B(V)flu virus,alternating epidemic influenza A(H3)and B(Y)influenza virus;the main crowd of flu prevention and controll is mainly children under 5 years old and the elderly.According to the monitoring results,the susceptible populations should receive influenza vaccination for prevention in September of each year.
