摘　　要：目的了解2015-2017年南京市基层医疗机构消毒与感染控制能力,为医疗机构消毒与感染控制提供依据。方法现场采集基层医疗机构手术室、ICU、新生儿室等重点科室样品,送实验室进行检测。结果2015-2017年南京市基层医疗机构共监测样品8710份,合格8297份,总合格率95.26%。其中污水合格率最低,为69.60%,使用中消毒液监测合格率最高,为99.57%。二级、一级及无级别医疗机构的合格率分别为96.96%、93.69%和96.51%。结论2015-2017年南京市基层医疗机构消毒质量控制整体较好,室内空气和污水合格率较低,相关科室应加强监控与规范管理。Objective To understand the disinfection and infection control capabilities of primary medical institutions in Nanjing from 2015 to 2017,and to provide basis for disinfection and infection control in medical institutions.Methods Field samples of key departments such as the operating room,ICU,and neonatal rooms of the primary medical institutions were collected and sent to the laboratory for testing.Results In 2015-2017,a total of 8710 samples were monitored by primary medical institutions in Nanjing,with 8297 qualified,and the total pass rate was 95.26%.Among them,the qualified rate of sewage was 69.60%,which was the lowest.And the qualified rate of disinfectant in use was 99.57%,which was the highest.The pass rates of secondary,primary and non-level medical institutions were 96.96%,93.69%and 96.51%respectively.Conclusion In 2015-2017,the quality control of disinfection in primary medical institutions in Nanjing was generally good,and the qualified rate of indoor air and sewage was low.Supervision and standard management should be strengthened by relevant departments.
