摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡患者1年内的死亡率可达15%,5年内死亡率达45%。死亡原因中,血管疾病相关占70%以上,其中仅心脏疾病相关就占50%。糖尿病足溃疡合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病病史患者比例为28.5%-49.4%;糖尿病足溃疡合并心力衰竭的患者比例亦超过半数。糖尿病足溃疡合并心脏疾病的患者病情多较严重,治疗相对困难,预后较差。糖尿病足溃疡时心脏自主神经病变更严重,QT间期延长的风险更高。本文就糖尿病足溃疡的危重性质及心脏相关问题作一综述,旨在为临床治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者提供参考。Mortality of diabetic foot ulcers is at 15% in one year, and 45% in 5 years. The causes of death are blood vessel associated at 70%, and heart alone at about 50%. Scale of diabetic foot ulcers was 28.5%-49.4% complicated with coronary heart disease history, the data is 80% when examined with related methods. More than half of patients with diabetic foot ulcers have heart failure. Under these conditions, the severity of diabetic foot ulcers is worse, management is harder, and prognosis is more poorer. Mortality is also influenced by heart autonomic neuropathy and prolonged QT interval which are serious in diabetic foot ulcers. This article reviews the critical nature of diabetic foot ulcer and heart-related issues in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.
