摘　　要：目的调查上海市某养老社区老年人潜在不适当用药情况,为老年人的临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法以美国2019版Beers标准为依据,通过调阅某养老社区内297名多重用药的老年患者用药档案,分析患者的用药方案,评价老年人潜在不适当用药的情况。结果 297名研究对象的平均年龄(82.00±6.05)岁,平均用药品种数为(6.95±1.95)种,共检出180名(60.61%)患者存在潜在不适当用药421例次。其中与药物相关的潜在不适当用药210例次(49.88%),与疾病相关的潜在不适当用药60例次(14.25%),老年患者应慎用的潜在不适当用药共123例次(31.35%)。结论养老社区老年人多重用药患者潜在不适当用药情况较为严重,有必要采取适当的措施预防老年患者的潜在不适当用药,进一步提高社区内老年患者的用药合理性。Objective To investigate the potential inappropriate drug use among the elderly in an elderly care community in Shanghai, and to provide reference for rational drug use of elderly patients in clinic practice. Methods Based on 2019 edition of Beers criteria in the United States, 297 elderly inpatients aged 65 years or above who took more than five types of drugs in the nursing community were evaluated, and potentially inappropriate medication was analyzed. Results Average age of 297 patients was(82.00±6.05) years old, and(6.95±1.95) kinds of drugs were used. A total of 180 patients(60.61%) were detected with potential inappropriate medication. Among them 210 cases(49.88%) had the situation of potentially inappropriate medication, 60 cases(14.25%) were associated with potential inappropriate drug use due to disease condition, 123 cases(31.35%) potentially inappropriate medications to be used with caution in older adults. Conclusion Potential inappropriate drug use is serious in elderly patients with multiple drug use in old-age community. It is necessary to take appropriate measures to prevent potential inappropriate drug use in elderly patients and further improve the rationality of drug use in elderly patients in community.
