脑瘫患儿父母智谋对其疾病不确定感的影响及其智谋水平的影响因素

摘　　要：目的 旨在探讨脑瘫患儿父母智谋对其疾病不确定感的影响及其智谋水平的影响因素。方法 于2016年1月-2018年10月便利抽样攀枝花市8家医院儿科收治的脑瘫患儿父母作为调查对象,调查其基本情况、智谋水平和疾病不确定感。结果 脑瘫患儿父母智谋水平得分为90.26±6.97,脑瘫患儿父亲的智谋水平高于母亲(P<0.05)。脑瘫患儿父母疾病不确定感得分为77.93±6.95,脑瘫患儿母亲疾病不确定感高于于父亲(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析可得,脑瘫患儿父母智谋水平与疾病不确定感呈负相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归结果显示,父母、父母年龄、父母受教育程度、无业、离婚、丧偶、家庭人均收入及自费医疗均是脑瘫患儿父母智谋水平的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 脑瘫患儿父母智谋水平与疾病不确定感呈负相关,其中患儿父母、年龄、受教育程度、家庭经济状况和夫妻彼此支持可以影响父母智谋水平。Objective To study the influence of parental intelligence on uncertainty of illness in children with cerebral palsy and its influencing factors.Methods The parents of children with cerebral palsy in eight hospitals of Panzhihua City from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects by the convenient sampling method,investigate their basic situation,intelligence level and illness uncertainty.Results The score of parental intelligence of children with cerebral palsy was 90.26±6.97,while the intelligence level of fathers of children with cerebral palsy was higher than that of their mothers(P<0.05).The score of illness uncertainty of parents of children with cerebral palsy was 77.93±6.95,while the illness uncertainty of mothers of children with cerebral palsy was higher than that of fathers(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that parental intelligence level was negatively correlated with illness uncertainty(P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression showed that parents,parental age,parental education level,unemployment,divorce,widowhood,family income per capita and self-funded medical treatment were significant factors affecting parental intelligence level of children with cerebral palsy(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between parental intelligence level and illness uncertainty in children with cerebral palsy.Age,education level,family economic status and mutual support of parents of children with cerebral palsy can affect parental intelligence level.
