摘　　要：以风云三号气象卫星国内卫星地面站数据接收与质量分析为背景,设计并开发了风云三号气象卫星地面数据接收进机分包系统,分析了系统组成及框架设计,阐述了数据传输模式及质量分析设计,该系统可实现卫星数据的记录存储、质量分析以及快视显示,具备本远控自由切换功能,支持数据实时记录与事后回放等任务流程。经过业务实践证明,该系统界面友好,能够有效提高地面数据接收站网的接收成功率,简化地面站操作人员的运行维护流程,同时提高故障定位的精细化程度,保证故障排查的可靠性和实效性,对实现全球高时效卫星数据组网接收与传输提供了有力保障。According to the data recording and quality analysis requirements of FY-3 meteorological satellites data acquisition in domestic ground stations,a data recording system is developed.The system composition and general framework is analyzed,and the design of the data transmission mode and quality analysis is introduced.The system can realize the record storage,quality analysis and image display of the satellite data in ground stations,local control and remote control free switching function.The system supports real-time recording and playback transmission of data.Through the practical verification,it is proved that the system can effectively improve the success rate of the satellite data receiving with a friendly graphical user interface,simplify the operation and maintenance workflow of the operators in domestic ground stations,enhance the ability of fault diagnosis and ensure the reliability and effectiveness of fault detection.The system can guarantee the global high timeliness network reception and transmission of the satellite data.
