热连轧机轧制油对振动能量影响研究

摘  要:以某CSP热连轧机F3机架振动为背景,现场测试和ANSYS仿真研究结果表明:在轧制过程中改变轧制油浓度后轧机的轧制力和振动能量都发生了变化,轧机振动能量可用功率流来表示,说明轧机振动可以从能量的角度来研究,当轧制油浓度达到一定值以后,随着浓度而增加,振动能量减小,因此轧制油可以作为抑制轧机振动的一个实用措施。With the F3 frame vibration of a CSP hot strip mill as the background,the field test and the ANSYS simulation results show that the rolling force and the vibration energy of the rolling mill change during the rolling process,and the rolling mill vibration energy can be expressed by the power flow. It shows that the rolling mill vibration can be studied from the angle of energy and when rolling,the rolling mill vibration can be studied.When the oil concentration reaches a certain value, the vibration energy decreases with the increase of concentration,so rolling oil can be used as a practical measure to suppress rolling mill vibration.
