摘　　要：棒链式磁过滤器是连退机组清洗段重要的辅助设备之一,它的作用是不断地将铁杂质和油污从碱液中过滤出来,从而达到最佳的清洗效果,提高带钢表面质量。本文详细介绍了CAL-W-90型棒链式磁过滤器的工作原理、结构特点以及在现场的安装布置,棒链式磁过滤器经过长期使用,使用情况良好。该棒链式磁过滤器为其它冷轧连退机组清洗段改造提供了可行的技术方案,并具有广泛的推广应用价值。The stick chain type magnetic filter as one of the important auxiliary equipments in cleaning section of CAL,its function is expel iron impurities,oil and some other pollution from alkaline liquor continuously,to achieve the best cleaning results and improve surface quality of striped steel. This article introduces in detail about the working principles and their structure characteristic along with spot optimize install layout of the CAL-W-90 type stick chain magnetic filter. The lasting on-line service showed that this equipment had a good appraise.which provides feasible technical proposals for else modified in CAL cleaning section of Cold Rolling,and have comprehensive promotion application value.
