摘  要:目的分析创建国家卫生城市前后病媒生物的密度及变化,为调整防治措施和方法提供依据,巩固创建国家卫生城市的成果。方法按卫生部《全国病媒生物监测方案》制定十堰市城区病媒生物密度监测实施方案,于2006-2016年进行持续监测。结果十堰市成功创卫当年(2011年),病媒生物密度均处于较低水平,蝇、蚊和蟑螂的密度创卫后5年比创卫前5年均减少75%以上,效果非常显著。鼠密度创卫后有回升的趋势,需及时调整防治方案。结论创卫工作极大地改善了病媒生物的孳生环境,显著降低了病媒生物密度,降低了以病媒生物为媒介传播疾病的风险,对保护人民群众健康有明显的促进作用。Objective To know the density and changes of vector organisms before and after the establishment of national health cities,provide a basis for adjusting control measures and methods,and consolidate the achievements of creating national health cities. Methods According to the vector biological monitoring scheme in China of the Ministry of Health,the implementation plan for the monitoring of vector density in the urban area of Shiyan City was carried out,and continuous monitoring was carried out in 2006-2016. Results In the year of Shiyan City’ s successful creation of the national health city(2011),the density of vector organisms was at a low level. The density of flies,mosquitoes and cockroaches was reduced by more than 75% in the 5 years after the creation of the national health city. The effect was very significant. The density of rats has increased,and there is a trend of recovery,and it is necessary to adjust the prevention and treatment plan in time. Conclusion The work of creating the national health city has greatly reduced the living environment of vector organisms,significantly reduced the density of vector organisms,reduced the risk of spreading diseases with four pests,and obviously promoted the health of the people.
