资源型省份人口变动趋势及政策启示——基于山西省和东三省的比较

摘　　要：介绍东北三省在超低生育率、劳动力供给减少、人口城市化速度放缓等方面的突出现状,对比分析山西省和东三省人口老龄化、人口不断外流、人才严重流失等资源型省份的共性问题以及山西省面临的贫困人口脱贫、采煤沉陷区人口安置等现实难题,并针对上述问题给出了相关政策建议。The outstanding status of the three northeastern provinces were introduced in terms of ultra-low fertility rate,labor supply reduction,and population urbanization slowdown. the commonality problems of resource-based provinces were analyzed such as population aging,population outflow,and severe brain loss in Shanxi and three northeastern provinces. And the practical problems faced by Shanxi Province were analyzed such as poverty alleviation and population resettlement in coal mining subsidence areas. Relevant policies and suggestions were given for the above problems.
