俄罗斯桦褐孔菌治疗胃肠病症的配伍应用探析

摘　　要：桦褐孔菌是俄罗斯民间常用的药食两用真菌,数百年来在俄罗斯北方农村饮用桦褐孔菌茶防治消化道疾病和肿瘤.根据苏联及俄罗斯的相关研究资料,对桦褐孔菌在胃肠病症康复治疗中的配伍应用方法进行了归纳与分析.在多种胃肠病症的康复治疗中,桦褐孔菌可单独或与他药配伍应用,在我国应用时应考虑患者体质和药材来源的不同,注意调整用法用量.Inonotus obliquus is a commonly used edible fungus in Russia. For centuries, it has been used to treat digestive tract diseases and tumors in the northern Russian countryside. Based on the relevant researches of the Soviet Union and Russia, this paper summarizes and analyzes the compatibility application of inonotus obliquus in the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal diseases. In the rehabilitation treatment of various gastrointestinal diseases, inonotus obliquus can be used alone or in combination with other drugs. In China, the difference in the source and the dosages should be paid the attention before the application.
