2017年广饶县老年人慢性疾病患病状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广饶县老年人慢性病患病率及危险因素。方法采用多阶段随机分层抽样的方法,于2017年5~10月抽取广饶县3个区县中6个社区的≥65岁老年人624人进行健康状况问卷调查,并对其慢性病的发病情况及危险因素进行分析。结果广饶县≥65岁老年人慢性病患病率为78.27%(461人),其中经常吸烟的患病率为86.75%(203人),经常饮酒的患病率为87.38%(180人),不参加运动的患病率为88.35%(220人),摄入食盐>6g的患病率为91.41%(351人),超重的患病率为88.14%(312人)。经常吸烟(OR=4.66)、经常饮酒(OR=2.57)、不参加运动(OR=4.92)、摄入食盐>6g(OR=9.19)、超重(OR=4.29)是导致老年患有慢性疾病的危险因素(P<0.01)。结论广饶县老年人慢性病患病率较高,经常吸烟、饮酒等不良的生活习惯增加了老年人患慢性病的风险。Objective To understand the prevalence and risk factors of chronic diseases among the elderly in Guangrao county.Methods The method of multistage stratified random sampling was adopted in May-October 2017to randomly collect 624people aged 65years and above from 6communities in 3districts and counties to conduct a health questionnaire survey,and the incidence of chronic diseases and risk factors were analyzed.Results The prevalence of chronic diseases was 78.27%(461people)among the elderly aged 65and above in Guangrao county,among them the prevalence of those who often smoking was 86.75%(203people),and that of those who regular drinking was 87.38%(180people),that of those who never did exercises was 88.35%(220people),that of those intake of excessive salt(>6g)was 91.41%(351 people),and that of overweight was 88.14%(312people).Often smoking(OR=4.66),often drinking(OR=2.57),no physical exercise(OR=4.92),the intake of salt>6g(OR=9.19)and overweight(OR=4.29)were the risk factors of chronic diseases among the elderly(P<0.01).Conclusion The prevalence of chronic diseases is high among the elderly in Guangrao county,bad living habits such as smoking,drinking increases the risk of the elderly with chronic diseases.
