摘  要:目的分析山东省曹县城乡饮用水水质现状,为进一步改善城乡饮用水卫生状况与管理水平提供依据,并为全县饮用水工程的建设提供参考。方法2014~2018年间分别在全县范围内采集城乡饮用水水样进行相关指标的检测分析。结果2014~2018年分别采集城乡饮用水水样72、68、68、140、160份。检测指标中浑浊度、铁、锰、氟化物、总硬度、氯化物、硫酸盐、溶解性总固体、菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群有超标现象;其中氟化物的超标问题较为突出,2014、2015年氟化物的监测结果合格率为零,2016~2018年合格率分别为22.06%、43.57%、16.25%(P<0.05)。在1132份的村级水样中水碘中位数为152.8μg/L,水碘含量≤100μg/L的水样占13.52%。结论曹县城乡饮用水的主要卫生问题是饮用水中高氟、高碘。Objective To analyze the status of drinking water quality in urban and rural areas of Cao county,so as to provide scientific basis for further improving hygienic condition and management level of drinking water in urban and rural areas,and provide the reference for construction of drinking water projects in the county.Methods Drinking water samples were collected from urban and rural areas in the county for detection and analysis of relevant indicators during 2014-2018.Results There were 72,68,68,140and 160drinking water samples were collected from urban and rural areas in 2014,2015,2016,2017and 2018respectively.Indicators including turbidity,iron,manganese,fluoride,total hardness,chloride,sulfate,total soluble solids,total colonies,total coliforms and heat-resistant coliforms exceeded the standard after detection;among them,the problem of fluoride exceeding the standard was more prominent,the qualified rate of fluoride in 2014and 2015was 0,and it in 2016,2017and 2018was 22.06%,43.57%and 16.25%,respectively,with statistically significant difference among years(P<0.05).The median of water iodine was 152.8μg/L in 1132village-level water samples,and 13.52%of water samples with iodine content less than 100μg/L.Conclusion The main sanitary problems of drinking water in urban and rural areas of Cao county are high fluoride and high iodine.It is necessary to further improve the quality of drinking water in urban and rural areas.
