摘　　要：在“互联网+”背景下进行大学生创新素养培育工作,高校教师起着主导作用。教师需要提升自身的互联网思维和互联网技能,建设合理的课程内容,运用多样的课堂教学模式,搭建学生实习平台,营造创新氛围,为学生的创新实践铺平道路。Under the background of"Internet+",university teachers play a leading role in the cultivation of college students'innovative quality.Teachers need to improve their Internet thinking and Internet skills,build reasonable curriculum content,use a variety of classroom teaching modes,build students'practice platform,create an innovative atmosphere,pave the way for students'innovative practice.
